The FIP Promises circuit, reserved for young players, makes a stop in Son en Breugel (Netherlands) at the weekend, with 25 pairs at the start divided into five draws, three of which will be played with the round robin formula and two with the knockout one. Among the Under 14s, Belgians Gabriel Fontaine and Abel Callebaut will advance directly to the second round, while among the Under 16s, Dutchmen Pieter Hermus Jr and Daan Jens lead the entry list, in a draw that also includes two Brazilians, Thiago Henrique Gasparin Santos and Ulisses Gianello Neto.
Three Dutch pairs will be in the Under 18 round robin, while the two women’s categories will be the Under 14 (three pairs, Nanou Vereertbrugghen e Hanne Van Bruyssel lead the entry list) and the Under 18, with four pairs composed of players also from Belgium: Sarah De Vleeschouwer e Kyra Heemskerk are the players with the highest ranking.
